You can now get help for your health, order prescriptions and make appointments using our online request tool. The medical request form submission option is available from 8am until 6:30pm, Monday to Friday and the administrative forms (eg for repeat prescriptions, fit notes, letter requests) are open all day.
You will be directed to our main practice form submission page at Salford Medical Centre (you can still be seen at The Quays).
It’s often quicker and easier to contact us via the online form however if you would prefer to contact the practice directly you may still do so by phone or in person.
