Extended access through Salford South East PCN
The Quays Practice works with neighbouring GP practices through Salford South East Primary Care Network to provide additional appointments outside our usual opening hours.
- Contact the practice Tell us what help you need by telephone or through our secure online form.
- We find a suitable appointment If appropriate and available, our team may offer you an appointment through the PCN extended-access service.
- Check the location Your appointment may be at one of the PCN’s local hub sites rather than at The Quays. We will confirm the time, clinician and location when it is booked.
This is an appointment-only service and is not a walk-in clinic. Appointments may be with a GP, nurse or another suitable healthcare professional, depending on your needs and availability.
