Sign in through the NHS App or NHS website to manage your care.
- Order repeat prescriptions
- View test results and your health record
- Check or cancel appointments
- See your vaccination record

Set up an NHS account
You will need an NHS login. It uses your email address and a password, and you may be asked to prove your identity before you can see personal health information.

Set up Patient Services
- Visit the surgery with photo ID so we can confirm your identity.
- We will give you a username and password.
- Go to Patient Services or use the app to register.
Need urgent help? Online services are not for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. If you need urgent medical help but it is not an emergency, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
