The practice has been specially designed to make it easier for disabled patients to visit; patients also have access to a disabled toilet.
Disabled Parking – Blue Badge Scheme
The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go. For more information and an application form visit your local council office.

All NHS organisations are required to meet the Accessible Information Standard. This standard is aimed at making sure that people with disabilities have access to information that they can understand, and receive any communication support they might need.
As part of this initiative, we want to get better at communicating with our patients.
